Refund policy

A full refund within 14 days

If you are not happy with a payment, ask for a refund within 14 days of it and you get the whole payment back, with no questions asked. It is the same for monthly and yearly payments, the first and every renewal.

Try it first

Every account starts with a 14-day trial with everything included and no card, so you can see whether Anvil suits you before you pay anything.

How to ask

Write to contact@anvil.foo from your account’s email address, or ask Paddle, our merchant of record, at paddle.net, where the order number on your receipt finds your payment. Paddle returns the money to the way you paid; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.

What a refund does

A refund of your latest payment also cancels the subscription it paid for: your plan stops and the app turns read-only, with everything still on your computers. You can subscribe again whenever you like.

Cancelling

To stop future payments, cancel at any time in your account (Plan, Manage) or in the app’s Settings, Account. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. Cancelling refunds nothing by itself: to have the last payment back within its 14 days, ask for a refund as above.

Your rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law, and takes none away.
